About this Guide
This FSG is issued by KOS CAPITAL (AU) PTY LTD (ABN 49 700 868 766, CAR No. 001322591) and provides you with information about the financial services we are authorised to provide under the Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL No. 224485) held by Opheleo Holdings Pty Ltd.
Who we are
KOS CAPITAL (AU) PTY LTD is authorised to provide financial product advice to wholesale clients in relation to:
- Basic and other deposit products
- Derivatives
- Foreign exchange contracts
- Government debentures, stocks and bonds
- Investment life insurance products
- Interests in managed investment schemes
- Securities
- Superannuation
Our authorisation is for financial product advice only and does not include dealing in financial products, including arranging transactions for clients.
The financial product advice published on our website and in our newsletters is general advice only. Where appropriate and separately agreed, we may also provide personal financial product advice to wholesale clients within our authorised scope, under a separate engagement. Personal advice takes into account the client’s relevant objectives, financial situation and needs.
Our obligations to you
We will act honestly, efficiently, and fairly. We only provide services to wholesale clients.
Fees and commissions
We may receive fees or commissions in relation to the services we provide. You will be informed of any applicable charges prior to receiving the service.
Relationships and associations
We are a Corporate Authorised Representative of Opheleo Holdings Pty Ltd. We may have commercial relationships with other service providers, but these relationships do not influence the services we provide.
We have a commercial relationship with the operator of an overseas digital-asset trading platform operating under the name KOS Capital, to which we supply periodic investment research and market commentary publications. This arrangement does not expand our authorisation. Further information is on our website under “Overseas Platform Relationships”.
